6 or more athletes @ $29 each – including at least 10-15 4×6 prints per paid athlete (usually many more!)

PACKAGE B
6 or more athletes @ $29 each – including *Hi-Res CDs of ALL digital photos of ALL paid athletes (one CD provided per paid athlete, prints are NOT included)

PACKAGE C
6 or more athletes @ $39 each – including at least 10-15 4×6 prints per paid athlete + *Hi-Res CDs of ALL digital photos of ALL paid athletes (one CD provided per paid athlete)

*Hi-Res (hi-resolution) CD provides ALL full size digital photos of ALL paid athletes for unlimited personal use.  No commercial use is ever granted as it can affect players NCAA amateur standing.

Filling out this form does not guarantee that I will be able to book your event, however this will allow us (if sent in early enough) to possibly discuss an alternative date if your original request is not possible. Confirming your request is based on several things, including availability, location, time of event, and finally cooperation from the event organizers. Not every event will allow us to come and take photographs.
